Introduction

So, as many of you already know, I have been sent to the modern day gold rush town of Fort Mcmurray, Alberta for 4 months. Since there is absolutely no reason to be here other then to make money, I have decided to come up with a picture blog describing this place as well as other parts of Alberta I travel to. To make things more interesting, I am doing my best to include this fine thing as part of as many pictures as possible. This is a genuine Sears vintage 1994 stuffed Yeti, purchased at a garage sale for 50 cents. Honestly, its hideous and embarrassing to wander around with. But, considering I am going to be in barely any of these photos, it makes them more interesting for those of you who actually decide to read through this (I'm assuming those people to be Scott, my parents, my brother, my grandparents, maybe some co opers and random internet weirdos). Obviously, not every picture can contain the yeti (it actually didn't make it down to Calgary), but I did my best to include it wherever possible.
